We regularly welcome a variety of furry companions who enjoy our services. Our booking operates on a first-come, first-served basis and we do limit our intake to two dogs per owner/household to ensure personalized 24/7 supervised care.

You can find us in Tunstall, Sunderland. Our home is designed to ensure your pets are comfortable and safe while in our care.

We have a list of things to consider during the meet and greet to be made aware of all mannerisms for friendliness. Likes and dislikes. Whether likes water (beach) or not. Important information about dietary requirements, what to bring, medication, any joint issues. Pet insurance details are required. If needed Rover can provide a plan within the booking dates during the stay to cover accidental or emergency situations if your pet is not insured.
